I always order at pepes and have never had an issue. This time round I dealt with the most horrible woman. I did a phone order, she told me she would be right back then disappeared. I had to call up again and the amount of attitude she gave me on the phone was disgusting. I turned up in store and after waiting a while I asked her where my order was, she completely ignored me and walked off. I had to ask another member of staff. Ive never been treated so nasty its vile. Someone needs to get rid of her asap your going to lose customers with someone that disgusting at the front. I got her picture

I would give this 0 stars if i could, i called up 3 times and was greeted rudely when answered and told to wait,i waited half an hour on the phone and decided to drive there still on the call.The phone was on the counter left on and the workers were talking,i told them what has happened and they just laughed. They are extremely rude and after all that they managed to mess up my order and had attitude when told about it, the food came out again dry and the chips were stale. I had enough and just simply took it i would never ever go to this pepes again and would rather drive the distance to a fu
