I love Café Nero, the drinks, the food, the ambience. I found their app the best too. Here at that branch I have also my faves baristas - an English lady and very tall man of Far East ethnicity (Korean?, I'm sorry if I'm wrong) - they're both great, hard working and always with the smile.

Rubbish everywhere and waitress on on skates only no care on how to put a coffee on table rather than slam. Pic of his handy work only he buzzed right off quickily so didn’t say anything . If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on others Atleast 8 dirty tables too needing attending too

Visited a few days ago and asked for a decaf mocha frap. The guy behind the counter spoke with so much attitude. He definitely needs to be put on customer service course. Also, the drink was morr ice than anything. I'm a loyal customer to Caffè Nero but I definitely won't be visiting this branch again.

Coffee nice but expensive, nearly £5 by the time they've charged you 45p for the privilege of needing Pat milk in your coffee mocha. Particular staff on didn't crack a smile, either of them. Toilet was absolutely minging, no way it had been cleaned all day. Much nicer Nero in the town, but always too busy, no seats. Now I know why.
