Very hesitant to order from here having read all the one star reviews. My son was very hungry so I decided to order him some chips only. The portion size was ok but the guy serving me did not speak English very well. I clearly said only a little bit of salt but he puts so much salt in it. I told him to stop but he carried on. Maybe he didn't hear me properly I was too embarrassed to tell him to give me a replacement there and then. Placed an order for delivery via their online site last Monday evening (4/5/26). Their system was hanging and looping as it attempted to "process" my order. Called the shop to query whether they had received the order - they hadn't and their system has taken my money (£11.83) so it's a call to the bank to get my money back.

I ordered curry sauce chips and egg fried rice on arrival this is how my food was presented. I had to remove paper stuck to the sauce and no separate packaging or container.
