As someone who has lunch here quite frequently, I’ve become familiar with most of the staff, and I can’t speak highly enough of them. The store is always kept in great, clean condition thanks to the cleaning team, especially Mona a kind lovely lady 👏🏼 Also, shoutout to the new starter, Saif, for being such a sound, nice chap and greeting me whenever I walk in! Extremely disappointing experience. The staff showed a complete lack of understanding about food intolerances — I dread to think how someone with allergies would have been treated. The team were rude and unhelpful, and the overall service was careless. We waited around 15 minutes for our food, which arrived cold and missing chips. When we mentioned it, the response was simply, “Oh, we must have forgotten,” before handing us two portions. The self-service area was just as poor — no straws, no napkins, and empty rails. I certainly won’t be returning. A real shame, as it could have been so easi

Have been here before and always had good service, unfortunately gone down this time. Food was all cooked to an inch of its life and got our order wrong completely. All in all, the service was lackluster and the environment was dirty and unenjoyable, will be avoiding for some time!
