Sindija shocked me with her service in a very rude manner..served my ice latte without cream. As I paid for cream and sugar free sirop, I asked why is there no cream and answered me, because you didn’t pay for it. I will add it for you today and next time make sure you pay for it. my daughter and I were shocked. I’ve never had a bad experience with Starbucks until today. The service wasn’t very welcoming at all. When I entered I was greeted by a miserable face. It was a male worker but I didn’t catch his name. I didn’t get asked what size drink I’d like. I didn’t get upsold anything. And I didn’t get asked if I had the rewards app. Usually at other stores I’m greeted with a warm smile, positive attitude and good vibes but today wasn’t the case. An absolute terrible experience leading to myself and an employee arguing over a 2£ drink, daughter presented a Unidays card all to be told she needs to log out and in and then be told refused service. She was picked on by Hana who thought this was funny and then started to explain herself to me. Hana could not remove herself from a situation and the service here absolutely sucks! I would highly recommend retraining on the values of BLAST and also value the customers opinion. I would also recommed some detail cleaning around the store.

We attempted to have a look for seats upstairs, but were stopped by an angry employee, and told we had to buy a drink, and only then we could go upstairs. We were kicked out. Would put zero stars if possible. Would not recommend.
