⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic time at the Dunes soft play area! The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave. A special mention to Julie, who was absolutely amazing so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She really made us feel comfortable and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food was top notch, fresh, and great quality, which was a lovely bonus while the kids were busy having fun. Been going here for years, its constantly full of kids walking up the slides and older children in the under 4's bit. But today my 2 children (6&7) were sat with their 1 year old cousin in the under 4's bit, just following her around going down the little slide with her whilst there were other older children in and out of it trying to climb inside a bouncer and running all over. Yet my children were singled out twice for being in there because they're too old. We decided to leave and were watched and followed by a member of staff as well, like we were criminals. Good for the kids to run around and have a ton of fun. The food needs to be rethought. Long wait times, weird tastes, overcooked. Pricing is fair for the experience for the kids.

I’m a mentor for a young adult specialist college. Unfortunately a student couldn’t to the other activity we had planned. I asked the staff at the soft play if my young adult student would be allowed to go into the soft play. They were all lovely staff, and let us have our packed lunch. The student had a great time.
