This place is truly disgusting in terms of the taste of food. This dosent taste anywhere close to saravana bhavan who actually has okce had a reputation of being consistent in terms of quality , hygiene and taste. This place does not have an original saravana bhavan trainers set of chefs. These guys are cowboys who mixup their own formula to bring food to your table for the dish you've ordered. Excellent food and wonderful service. The staffs are very friendly. I tried their tiffin combo breakfast yesterday morning and North Indian thali for today lunch with their magnificent filter coffee. Very disappointing experience at Saravanaa Bhavan – Southall branch. The customer service from a staff member named Gracy was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the menu card, she simply brought it and left it on the table without saying a word or even looking at us. The same thing happened again when she brought the beeda and later the Channa Bhatura — no eye contact, no basic courtesy, just placing the items on the table and walking away.
