Best Chinese Restaurant in Southampton- DONT'T MISS OUT I don’t say this lightly. My experience with Chinese food ranges from Park Chinois in Mayfair to Mr Wing’s in Essex, and I’ve been a Chinese food lover for over 30 years. Southampton has some very good Chinese restaurants — Shanghai 1814 included — but what truly sets M Dim Sum apart is its authenticity. Restaurant was very clean, staff were friendly. Food is well priced and absolutely delicious, we couldn't eat it all but they tubbed it for us to take away. Food came out quickly was hot. We’ve wanted to eat at this restaurant for a while, because the vegetarian menu looked good. It didn’t disappoint. There were great variety of dishes to choose from. The steamed vegetable dumplings, vegetarian Singapore fried noodles and vegetable fried rice were very tasty. We finished off our meal with some delicious steamed custard buns. 🤤 What I liked the most about this restaurant was the atmosphere and professional service. The servers topped up our jasmine tea with fresh water on multiple occasions. There was a buzz in the restaurant and that made it a place you wanted to stay in.
