I walk in it’s incredibly busy,I finally get to order and there was no room between the ordering panels,I finish ordering and my receipt doesn’t come out,I go up to the manager and explained what had happened with the receipt and she asked what I ordered I said quarter pounder with chips and Coca-Cola, she said double or single quarter pounder? I said I can’t really remember she then proceeded to laugh under her breath look at me as if I had two heads, the only positive was this really nice employee helped me find which order was mine,I finally got my food and there was barely anywhere to sit

Terrible service, waited over 15 minutes for a breakfast muffin before. Got my money back in the end, if you have somewhere to be then don’t order here unless u have all day to wait for a breakfast muffin before!

Popped in this morning for a Breakfast roll with brown sauce, order number 22. I thought I was forgotten when it got to 29 and then my order disappeared from the screen, I questioned it and was told my order was on the way. A minute later and it was ready. Sat down to enjoy my roll and discovered the egg, cheese and sausage were missing.. all I had was bacon and the brown sauce. I hate complaining especially when it’s about food but I wanted what I paid for. So when I eventually got the correct order it was absolutely swimming in brown sauce.. I like brown sauce but this was way over the top.

Absolutely disappointed. We received the order in 5 mins which is absolutely ok for a Sunday. But because it was a take away we took the order n moved out to eat. When I opened the bag it had missing items. It's not right on my end that I didn't check the order at the counter itself but if the order is handed out to the customer it should be the whole order. Imagine if someone has had a long day and then this happened. Sad !
