Visited shakeaway today for the first time in a long time, the lady who served us - Sophie - was lovely and made conversation with me and the people who I was waiting with. There was a slight wait for the drinks, but given how busy it was it was no bother - especially considering it was visible how hard the whole team were working to get the shakes made as quickly and as best as possible! Will definitely be coming again, special thanks to Sophie for making the experience enjoyable and having a smile on her face during a visible midafternoon rush! 😊

Extremely bad service. The lady who served me was incredibly rude. There were 2 cups on the side, and I was the only person in the queue and somebody came too serve me but was told not too. Already I felt as though I was being ignored, giving it wasn’t exactly busy. A tall blonde lady with an accent served me and I stepped back a bit while waiting for my drink. I drink sugar free drinks like fanta 0 suger as I had a heart attack 2yrs ago it's been over 2 weeks now you have none so I have to go else I informed your staff about your drinks but don't think they dont care why
