I held a surprise party for my partners 30th birthday on Saturday and it was amazing! Jolene was extremely helpful from start to finish and made it so easy for me to organise. The staff on the night were fantastic and I couldn’t fault them at all. I had arranged a fluid buffet and they went round to all guests with the different options. Nothing was too much trouble for them and contributed significantly to the evening going as well as it did. I would highly recommend the Vincent for a private party, the space in their function room is fantastic and very versatile!

SPA REVIEW!! I’ve been coming to the spa in the Vincent for quite some time now, for treatments such as deep tissue massages for pain, facials and laser treatments. Steph, is absolutely amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would have liked the television to have been a little bigger but realise people don't usually go to hotels to watch the television.The restaurant and bar were very busy (maybe as it was Mother's day) nevertheless service was friendly with very little delay. Parking was valet style which cost £20 for one overnight stay. Breakfast was the usual help yourself hot and cold buffet with a decent choice Very little to complain about although restaurant prices are quite high and the a la carte menu has an offering of some unusual dishes in my opinio

The Vincent is a fabulous hotel with brilliant staff, I can't praise them enough. All of the front of house staff were exceptionally friendly and they couldn't do enough to help. A special thank you to them for their lovely gesture on my wedding day too. As for the rooms, they are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The restaurant is superb too, both for breakfast and for an evening meal. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
