Scarlett★Giving a one star is a stretch! God do not eat here if you looking for fresh food honestly. Please tell me why my chips looked and tasted like they were from the night before! Cold and stale as you like! Disgusting the burger was vile. Everytime I have ordered from this place it has been cold!! I live 5 minutes from the shop so why is my food constantly cold? Even collecting food is cold! The staff clearly do not take pride in their food!. Clearly don’t like to filter the oil either because what is this stuck to my stale chips? The fact they have a 4.5 star rating is truly shocking to me.

Harley Burton★We ordered from here this evening (our bad) didn't realise a 2 star hygiene rating , spoke to 4 different people on the phone the bloke that did eventually talk to me was rude and abrupt. Customer service skills 0. The food we received was absolutely disgusting and not cooked properly the cheese on the burger was still fridge temperature 😑 all freezing cold. The mash ohhhh my good God don't even go there it was just frozen cubes of mash still in cubes not even attempted to mash it and still frozen in the middle.
Big Eater★★★★Had a great meal delivered from Shake and Grill. Had the Gourmet Beef Burger and was pleasantly surprised at the tenderness of the beef. The burger was also a good size for the price. Almost on par with Umami Burger but not quite. A good burger for the price though. Also had 3 grilled piri-piri strips to test their inferno flavour sauce. Unfortunately, not as hot as I was expecting. They were a little tough too. Still tasty but not as hot as it should have been for a flavour called 'inferno', especially when there is another flavour called 'very hot'. Chips were crispy too, evenly seasoned,
