Very nice place, starts was just brilliant. My husband’s steak was done nicely, unfortunately mine when asked for medium, was rare. Staff acknowledged it and was very apologetic, offered to take it down of the bill. Really great wine, in our case we enjoyed bottle or Ryzlink.

Came for a family birthday dinner at Prime Steak & Grill tonight and it was exceptional! The ambiance of the restaurant, the delicious and excellent food and all the amazing staff, especially our waiter Billy and the manager, contributed towards a truly wonderful occasion. All of our party agreed it was the best service and food we had experienced in a while. We will definitely return soon. Beats places in Central London that are double the price. We made the right choice to celebrate graduation here! The food was good, we ordered steaks and it was done as how we liked it, fish and a set menu. Mash really taste good. Atmosphere, by itself, interior is really good (and the choice of soft music). The service was superb! 1st we have amended our booking and they were very accommodating, food wait is not too long, waiter was polite and very professional, plus we made a request on the booking and they accommodated it (plus more extras) Not sure if the extra is part of the promotion for graduation season but it really made our celebration s

Came to this restaurant today for my birthday and couldn’t fault anything! The food was lovely and the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. 100% recommend and will be returning for sure. They even gave me a cookie dessert on the house for my birthday which was a lovely special touch.
