My experience at the Morrisons Cafe was pleasant overall. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and it was a nice place to sit and relax after shopping. The food was simple but tasty, and the portions were good for the price. The staff were friendly and polite, although the service was a little slow at busy times. The cafe area was clean, which made the experience more enjoyable. Overall, I felt satisfied and would visit again for a quick and affordable meal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Turned up, it was freezing cold. Ordered our food and went and sat down. It was so cold I had to put my hood up on my coat and I could see my breath. After waiting 25 minutes my food still wasn't given to me, we went and asked and they told us they didn't have any of what I ordered, and just didn't tell us or offer any replacement meal. 0 stars.

Absolutely appalling service ! Made an order at 1.20 and hadn’t received order at 2pm .. was only a jacket potato ! Asked for a refund and not even a sorry.. will never come back to this Morrisons cafe again !

Can get quite busy at times but social distancing maintained by staff & shoppers. Plenty of offers including 2 for £7 on the big tubs of quality street / Roses etc. Fireworks on sale here, just ask a member of staff for assistance. Lots of reduced items & the clothes section is well stocked. Children allowed to pick an item of fruit for free from the fruit & veg section, promoting healthy eating. Shelves fully stocked & shoppers being sensible pre-lockdown.
