Disgraceful service. I order from this place regularly and while the food is usually decent, tonight’s order was completely unacceptable. I placed an order for lamb biryani at 11:30 pm, well within your stated opening hours. If you’re unable or unwilling to prepare a proper meal that close to closing time, then say so. Don’t accept the order and send out what is clearly substandard, leftover food. The portion was appalling — one barely acceptable piece of lamb and the rest practically nonexistent. It felt like the absolute scraps at the bottom of the pot. This shows a complete lack of respect

I recently visited Lahore Spice and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly made with care. Everything we ordered was fresh and really enjoyable. My favourite dish was lamb curry and chicken korma with garlic naan. I also would also highly recommend the mix grill!! ;) The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. I went there for Iftari and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was extremely poor. They served us food in plates that looked like they were already used and not properly cleaned, which was very disrespectful and unhygienic. We ordered two biryanis but they only brought one, and even after finishing our Iftari the second one never came. The naan also arrived very late and by that time the food was already cold. Honestly, if you want to lose your respect and experience terrible service, then this is the place to go.

We were excited to try Pakistani food for the first time, but the experience was uncomfortable from start to finish. The waiter who took the order was not quite helpful to explain the dishes, and the dining area felt greasy with a heavy smell of old oil. The "cold" service continued until the end—no goodbye or even a glance as we walked out. However, the biggest issue was that both of us fell ill with diarrhea after our meal. We are still recovering. Very poor hygiene and hospitality standards.
