Absolutely phenomanal experience at this cinema showed up at 3 to watch the backrooms ordered food and found out one of the options wasn’t the correct item. The staff member on the tills was absolutely amazing and really helped out with remaking the item and handing it to us In our seats. We did have a few audio issues but fixed itself 5 minuets later. Absolutely would recommend going here as the staff are lovely and very approachable

Really miss our regular visits to this beautiful Stafford Odeon cinema. All of the staff and managers are very kind, supportive of disability including autism and genuinely friendly. LGBTQIA supportive too. Screen 4 has been an issue because it is the loudest and can be sharp for autistic people. Screens 1 & 2 are the best screens and screens 5 & 6 are great screens. Seen hundreds of movies at this wonderful cinema and will miss our experiences because of moving to London. The fresh cool water from the machine is free and refreshing & best of the the cinema is mildly haunted ( but in a goo

This cinema is well laid out and modern fixings, but I'm getting really annoyed with the film selections and the length of time that the films are on screen. Eg tuner advertised for many weeks but we're not able to book here. There's a priority for kids films, but it's adults that are paying premium price to come here

As I’m a disabled member of the public and it isn’t often that I get out to enjoy myself but the cinema at Stafford is one of them. My husband and I love going on senior Tuesday when we are able. Yesterday I was greeted by Fleur. What a welcome. Such a big smile. You could tell she loved her job. We chatted and she was so warm and interested in everything we said. I wish there were more like her. What a beautiful person inside and out. Thankyou
