I recently visited Creams and had a pleasant experience. The store was clean, tidy, and welcoming, which made a great first impression. As with most Creams locations, there were plenty of options to choose from—everything from classic ice creams to a wide range of desserts. The staff were especially helpful. They allowed us to sample different ice cream flavours before deciding, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a decent visit with good service and a nice selection of treats. Would happily go again for a sweet fix!

I ordered the Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake and a sundae, and both were absolutely delicious. The fudge cake was warm, rich, and perfectly chocolatey, especially with the ice cream melting over it. The sundae was generous in portion size, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, and it’s a perfect spot if you’re craving something sweet. Definitely recommend for dessert lovers — I’ll be coming back again!

We had a wonderful experience at Creams Cafe Staines. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. What made our visit even more special was the excellent service we received from Afzal. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. We were celebrating my son’s 9th birthday, and the staff really helped make it a memorable occasion for him. Their kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
