Too good to go bag cancelled AFTER collection window had opened, I was already on my way in to get the bag. Disgusting. Food was still available, as was there too good to go dinner bags option on the app.

On Monday morning (15/06), the person at the cash desk, who told me she was the manager, was a bit rude. Unfortunately, it was the same person as before. I ordered a coffee with oat milk, but once again I was given whole milk instead. It's really frustrating when I clearly state my order and it isn't followed. At this point, I'm honestly just tired of dealing with staff who either don't listen to customers' requests or simply don't seem to care.

I stopped in for a coffee and a croissant this morning. On the plus side,my dog was allowed in. On the minus side,I ordered a white coffee and received a black one,also the croissant was raw inside,as was the 2nd one I was given. Good place to people watch,and the savoury food has been ok in the past.
