Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Kirsty It’s rare to come across genuinely kind people, especially in 2026, but I had a very rough day and my order went wrong. Kirsty, the manager, went out of her way to help and was a genuinely decent human throughout the whole situation. She didn’t have to go the extra mile, but she did, and it really made a difficult moment feel much lighter. I hope she reads this and knows that today she genuinely turned a very frustrating situation into something positive. Thank you, Kirsty — I really appreciate it.

The food was delicious. Hot and fresh. Also staff could do with more customer service training. They need to remember delivery drivers are customers too and not speak to them like they are idiots.

Yet again food delivered cold and items missing, mayo chicken had no mayo on and had enough lettuce to feed a rabbit for a week, they either give you half a portion of fries or dont bother putting any in the food is not even decent but when it arrives cold its even worse just eat do refund some money in credit but the whole order should be refunded in full and back into my bank not credit in the app giving 1 star as you cant speak to anyone to sort it, used this place 6times and not once have i had a good experiance, drive through for a coffee is the only good experiance
