Very disappointed with my experience at Pret Coffee. I bought a brownie chocolate, and it tasted very old and unfresh, like it had been sitting there for 2 or 3 days. It looked dry and stale, so I had to throw it in the bin. What made the experience worse was the staff behavior. When I politely explained the issue, they were rude and refused to accept the complaint or offer any solution. Poor customer service and low food quality. Definitely not recommended.

We spent about £10 per person for a simple sandwich and hot coffee/tea meal. The sitting area is crowded but if you look hard enough you'd be able to find a seat.

Bring your own and absolutely AVOID Pret A Manger. Pret, you should hang your head in shame with the outrageous, disgusting prices which only take severe advantage of travellers. You might counter that no one has forced my hand but essentially it has been because there are no other sandwich shops or places to grab a quick bite in T4. The best customer experience I’ve had at Pret A Manger. Even though it was early in the morning at 5 a.m., the staff were smiling and very attentive. Lavanya is an example for all café staff to follow.
