M Q★★★Firstly the staff are excellent here. It is the usual fare of pre package food. Nothing is freshly made in a ynof these chains anymore which is a shame. The front half of the cafe is nice the the back doesn't have a nice atmosphere, not sure what it is maybe the lighting. The toilet has a massive stairs down to it so be mindful if you have mobility issues . My favourite item is the pre made porridge in a tub. Lovely and creamy and thick.
Lewis Serex★★Some guy drinking his coffee at the main counter for ages unnecessarily talking to the girls and distracting them, so I got my sit in drink in a takeaway cup. Look we appreciate you're trying to get your hole mate but can you like get out the out the way.. clearly the guy has main character syndrome. Taking up all the room leaving everyone else to get second rate service. Also the place feels like a cave.
STEWART TAINSH★★Long queue....staff are void of a smile....and I mean void. If you want a smile with service this is not the place for you. No atmosphere, tbh this probably reflects the staff's attitude. Update! Back again , sometime later.....no change unfortunately. Ordered food which needed cutlery...none out anywhere....staff busy so took time to catch attention of them....cutlery only available behind counter , I should have asked for some...Really!
Bekki Cochrane★★★★This is a busy Costa located in the thistle shopping centre in Stirling town centre. We attended to try the new KitKat hot chocolate and white chocolate mocha iced coffee. There is limited seats and is always very busy, we opted to take away as it was so busy.
