The staff were friendly and the shop looked clean and had a modern touch to its design. However the food didn't feel or taste fresh enough though. The lady just arranged everything with already cooked noodles and beef. Would have preferred if they were stir fried and cooked on the spot. Considering I paid 6.50 for the box, it didn't feel value for money.

Ordered our dinner for tonight through the Dr Noodle website, received the confirmation email and made my way to the store. Upon arrival I noticed I had received a follow up email cancelling my order because they were “TOO BUSY”. I would completely understand if this was actually the case, however, the only people in the place were the staff sitting around already checked out for the night 20 minutes before closing time. Given this was ordered online and paid prior to collection I’m curious to see how long it will take to give me my money back. £20 down and a waisted trip, won’t be wasting a

Dr noodles is good but expensive for what it is. The store offers online orders for click and collect as well as sit in, take away and delivery (via just eat ect). The staff are always very busy but seem friendly, there is an issue in that part of town with unsavoury people hanging about outside so be aware.
