Our first time to eat at kfc Stirling with my family this afternoon, and the chicken was salty and very oily. I enclosed picture of a bucket of chicken which we didn’t finished because the oil is dripping. Kids ended up unhappy 🫩🫩😡😡

i am appalled at this place there was dirt everywhere also waited nearly an hour for food and it was expensive also stinks and there was rats outside the place a size of a tray barely got any popcorn chicken and not to mention it was cold when i finally did get it

Where to begin? Dirt, dirt, dirt. The toilets were smeared with feces, the seats were full of food scraps, and cobwebs hung over the doors. The walls were splattered with drinks. It was cold, around 16 degrees Celsius, the music was loud, and conversation was difficult. The dining room was empty, and we waited 20 minutes for our food—longer than in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the entire menu was cold and tasted like it had been microwaved rather than freshly prepared. The Coke was warm, without ice. The employees moved around erratically. I recently visited KFC and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a 3-piece meal and specifically requested not to have drumsticks. The staff member informed me that only drumsticks were available at the time, but kindly offered that I could wait about 10 minutes for other pieces. I agreed to wait. After waiting, I was given my order, but when I got back to my car and checked, I found that I had been given three drumsticks anyway. I had to go back inside to raise the issue, which was frustrating after already waiting. The manager did refund me for the three pieces of meat, which I apprec
