This place is the antidote to modern glass and steel multiplexes. The handsome exterior sets the tone for the beautiful interior. Thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea in the cafe - felt like Hercule Poirot could stroll in and sit next to us in this magnificently decorated room.

My first trip to the beautiful Plaza in Stockport. To see Steeleye Span. All staff were lovely especially bar staff upstairs. Seats were a tight squeeze but we were on 2nd row and had a ball!

This place is an okay 👌🏽 venue if you want to see artists performing up close and personal in concerts .Its more of an intimate venue and smaller venue .Compared to bigger venues like Co-Live Arena and the AO Arena in Manchester .You can get a better view of the stage and artists performing on the stage .The only thing I didn't like about this venue is you don't get enough legroom in the top on the balcony section .I don't know if the sests in the middle and bottom section are also like this as it's my first time in this venue 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻🤷🏻‍♂️

Had a nice night here for the Whitney Houston tribute apart from some rough, old haroden kicking off during our fave song and it not being repeated - it was a good show. Cheeky with the bar prices similar to town - £9 for a skinny glass of wine! Staff who I heard are volunteers were really lovely, the sound could've been better at times but it's a beautiful historic venue and really accessible too.
