Food is often missing from orders, both I'm store and remotely, and it's always excessively busy due to it's location near to several colleges. Also the toilets are upstairs. Having said that, in person the staff are attentive to customers and even came to the table upstairs with a balloon animal and colouring for our young son, despite him not even being at the table at the time, having popped to the loo! Lovely staff.

3.06pm Sunday 3rd of May 2025 I was just served my meal by an old lady with glasses and no name tag. My fries spilled onto the tray and she finger them back into the containers and into a brown bag. Rather than tilting the tray into the bag, she fingered every single one of them! This is using the same hands that she was handling coins with no less than 30 seconds earlier. If this is how she handles food in view of the public I would hate to see the state of her kitchen 🤢 🤮 This is nasty. You may as well throw dirty coins (all coins are filthy) into the fryer. Nasty people.

Absolute annoyance of an evening, came in this evening and ordered two milk shakes at 9.30 and expected them to be be done in 2-3 minutes as the store wasn't busy, obviously Uber orders seem to take absolute priority as many was served way before me, aswell as other customers receiving full meals before my milkshakes. At around 15 minutes enough was enough and I waited at the counter and was still ignored. Eventually a friendly worker called Elizabeth questioned if I had been served and I explained what had happened. It's not the first time she's been helpful over a year of coming to this McDo

❌ Severe food poisoning ❌ - after both my partner and I ordering chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger each, within an hour of consuming we both developed severe bloating and stomach pains, I then began projectile vomitting and pretty much the same from the other end. My partner soon started doing the same. This continued for a few hours and we eventually had to go to the hospital after being advised by doctors following a 111 call. We were then put on drips and were able to go home once the doctors were satisfied we were properly hydrated. Even now we are still unable to eat properly due to stom
