Nero caffe in Stratford upon avon.good location, couple seats outside,caffe is old inside, service is ok, drinks - coffes a ice coffe just ok, hot chocolate fantastic. but I changed my feedback after today. from when you add 2 shots of coffe in hot chocolate?! when i said this is not hot white chocolate,i was told that it is. NO WASNT!!!!

Megan who served me was super friendly. She got everything I wanted promptly, all our drinks and food and even water for my dog! 🐶 The quality of food and drinks was delicious and the staff are super friendly. Will definitely come back here again. Did I mention that it is dog friendly in here? My dog got on with other dogs inside Cafe Nero which was lovely to see!

I hadn’t visited this Nero before. Cappuccino was as good as usual but hardly any chocolate on top just a line across the top. The toilet seat was really disgusting. Very badly stained. Come on!!!! Surely you can afford to replace it.

Good location within Stratford upon Avon Town centre with it located a two minute walk from Shakespeare's house. Great coffee with friendly service as normal. A range of seating indoors and outdoors with tables and sofa space large enough for families.
