Great little Waitrose. Outstanding friendly, helpful staff. I needed help loading my car recently and it was no problem for a young lad there to help! I have a disabled badge. They didn’t know this. I just had more things that were heavy than I could safely lift had recently injured my back . The help was a godsend as I had some large , heavy plants and a trolley full of groceries. Often have reduced items on an evening. Just a tip! They also have a brilliant range of their own brand products.

I had a really positive experience with the team at Waitrose Stroud, thanks in particular to Ansa. I recently received a parking charge after unintentionally overstaying in the car park while working in the café. Shop typical of what I expect from Waitrose, with a good selection of products. The cafe could have been better, had to wait nearly for ever for a warm sausage roll. The toilets were a mess, things on the floor, not up to the standard as I expect.

Went twice in one day, and got a fine for one visit of almost 7 hours! Appeal with unpleasant Britannia Parking long winded and difficult; they seem to believe many people stay for far longer! Perhaps their cameras need looking at. It's time stores removed these amateur money scammers and provided a reasonable service themselves; how hard can it be?
