The ramen was absolutely terrible. The chef clearly has never been to Japan and eaten ramen before. The pork chashu had a gamey smell, the broth was incredibly greasy and lacked any pork bone aroma, and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. If it's this bad, I might as well just serve them instant noodles. The best thing in the whole restaurant was the frozen fried shrimp. If you see food being returned, chef, you'd better try it yourself. If you think it's okay, then this restaurant might as well close down.

This place has always been our favourite when dining out. We have been visiting for many years. This is a little gem in town. Unfortunately, recently things have changed, not sure if the management has changed. can't see regular friendlier faces anymore. Staff are having trouble understanding the menu specially the wines. I have seen serving the wrong wine to others. Just for last month, we visited 3/4 times, service was not as friendly as use to be. An amazing restaurant! We were told to come here by family members and it did not disappoint. An order of three starters, two mains, two desserts, and two large plum wines cost less than the average eatery with double the flavour and quantity, not to say the quality wasn’t there as it was, tenfold! Amazing food and very good atmosphere. Could do with a fan or ac as quite hot in the summer, but great nevertheless. Will be coming back soon!

Hi! After deciding to try Japanese food, one of my friends recommended your restaurant, so I visited yesterday. Unfortunately, after dining at your restaurant, I was a little disappointed because the lady who served me seemed to have limited knowledge about Japanese food. I think on busy days like yesterday, it would be better to have a more experienced staff member working alongside her. Another thing I noticed was that, on such busy days, you may need to appoint more staff to manage the customers properly.
