The staff member who served me today was snappy, and had a look on her face like she had been sucking sour lemons. She also gave a miserable look as we were leaving. This is rhe second time this has happened within a few weeks. At other occassions the staff have been great. As for the food i have rarely had a hot slice or vegan or sausage roll. We tried the new flavoured lemonade which basically a cup of ice ,a bit of syrup flavouring and some water. The customer is left to mix it. We both threw ours away.

The late evening visit, almost nothing left, the staff are friendly but the desk are really messy, you need to clean the desk, the quality of coffee is not bad, good enough for a refreshing, not enough seats if it is crowded.

1/5 stars Addressed to employers manager Gregg's : We was visited the Greggs in Sutton Coldfield on Saturday during the food festival. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by extremely rude behavior from an older lady staff member. My 12-year-old daughter asked if she could eat food purchased from another stall outside, and the staff member rudely told her no. We accepted this and moved on.
