Would not recommend this place to anyone. Throughout the night I saw multiple incidents of what appeared to be drug use, yet staff seemed far more interested in enforcing a dress code than dealing with that. I also saw people who appeared to be underage being served alcohol, which was far more concerning than someone's clothing choice. I was asked to go home and change after being refused entry to the England game because my shorts were deemed "too casual," despite wearing an England shirt, bucket hat and trainers. There was no mention of a dress code when I bought my ticket, and it clearly

Staff great. Room heater stuck on hot which was annoying in a (admittedly rare) Birmingham heatwave. Windows didn’t stay open, had to use a takeaway cup to prop it open. At the weekend you can fully hear the bar music until at least 1am, like a bad hostel but at real hotel prices. Would not recommend.

We came for our Christmas dinner and honestly had one of the best meals in Sutton Coldfield. The menu was really thought through and absolutely delicious! A huge shout out to Andy who looked after us and made a couple of “off menu” cocktails at our request. Highly recommend and will absolutely visit again!

Windows in room very dirty .needed a good clean in room marks in the wash basin. Cold when we arrived. a horrendous .noise banging shouting from another room couldn't sleep for 2 hour's not a good experience. Staff very good.
