I felt terrible after eating here. The level of cleanliness in the restaurant was appallingly poor, and the food was barely edible. I hope the appropriate authorities will carry out checks.

Ordered in Feb 2026 and I thought I will get my order in 2027. Screen says order is ready to collect and it’s not for another 10 minutes. They literally have 20 people in the kitchen and meals are not coming out. Missing sweet sour dip, friends figure and forgot to put salt in the chips. Terrible terrible “fast” food.

So so bad! Firstly, the female manager is so unbelievably rude to her staff and team I don’t know how they put up with it. She is so demeaning, demanding and patronising often shouting out in front of customers to staff “is it THAT hard to do what I asked?” Not only this, but every single delivery order has been missing items - today once again half of the order is missing and wrong items given for what I did receive. It’s amazing how consistent they are at being so so bad at simply fulfilling orders

It was absolutely horrendous. Not only were the speakers not working, but as I informed the worker, she did not seem to care and rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to say that I should go back around and try again as she was positive that it was working. As a 20-year customer, I was brutally offended and disappointed by the audacity of worker. When I told her I would like to inform the manager, she said that she would take my order at the payment station (so I would not have to call the manager).
