I recently hosted a retirement party at Tiempo Lounge, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely exceptional. They were attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that everything was perfect. Their warmth and genuine kindness really stood out—they made us feel truly welcome and valued throughout the entire evening. What touched us most was the effort they put into the setup. Went here for their breakfast meals and it was very good!! We had the pancakes with American-style bacon and lettuce me tell you, those bacon were just perfect and crispy! Th pancakes were delicious too, it has that crunchy edge but once you take that bite in the middle, it's soft and filling! Just enough batter and it didn't feel starchy at all! We also had the lounge breakfast which was your typical British breakfast, it was good as well, not too greasy, just enough serving and didn't look dry at all. We came back for the double smash burger after first trying it in Brighton, safe to say the service and food quality does transfer across stores. This one was the best just by a smidge. Big thank you to Imogen for being a very welcoming, kind and attentive floor staff. Very good food that you can order yourself with the QR code at your table. Very convenient. The staff is very nice too. They spilled some water on my clothes by accident and immediately offered me a free drink. Of course it was nothing to worry about because it was just water.
