The young lady on the drive thru didn’t say please or thank you and looked visibly annoyed when I handed over cash. Asked to park up for a Big Mac meal?? Are they that bad that they don’t have their biggest selling burger made? Food arrived looking like it had been fired by a cannon into the bag. Franchisee getting rich on complacency - will not return until you train your staff with manners and customer service.

After waiting over 20 minutes to collect our food it was all cold clearly because it had been waiting for them to put the order together. Politely asked for a refund which was proceed but no apology or offer to try and resolve the situation. I will not be returning to this store. Also the staff seemed only bothered about their break time instead of serving customers.

After a long day out this was on the way home Wasn’t a long wait for food Restaurant was relatively clean But missed one happy meal toy. Medium fries and the burger wasn’t placed right. How hard is it to put in on properly?!?!…. Well this wasn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last This is what I expect … glad I ate in so I could get my missing items

Went to get grand children happy meals and my self and wife meals . Ordered easy as very quiet at time of visit . Told to wait in carpark for ordering £30 plus pounds. Food arrived eventually at my vehicle after 20 min wait .. Slowest fast food ever . Anyway took food home Apr 1.5 miles 5 min drive . All was cold already on getting out of bag . And milkshakes x4 had no flavours added just thick tasteless milk!! Even grand children left there food . As we did . Total waste of money . Very poor indeed .
