Very disappointing experience. I placed and paid for my order through the McDonald's app before arriving at the restaurant. I received an order number and a receipt, so the order appeared to be confirmed. When I arrived to collect my order, I was told that my order number did not exist. The employee at the counter said she did not know what had happened and could not help me. I did not receive my food, and nobody offered a refund. I paid for an order that I never received. It's McDonald's at the end of the day! The best thing about this place is one of the ladies who works in the restaurant clearing and helping customers, I think her name is Milania? She's extremely polite and professional at all times, and gets things done! She helps the customers, and is great with the kids. She also helps the less experienced staff without hesitation. I wish I had her attitude and patience. She should be promoted!

We visited the drive thru this evening which was very busy. We asked the lady for a Big Mac which she said she'd added to the order. By the time we'd got our order, we realised that the Big Mac had not been added on. We went round again and explained - baring in mind that the queue was now massive and spilling into the carpark. We said to the man at the window that due to the wait and time having to come back around, our order had started to go cold and would be cold by the time we got home and therefore we asked for replacements and we asked for a manager.
