Me and my wife stopped into The Queen Victoria in Syston for a quick drink while driving around Leicestershire for the day, and we’re really glad we did. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the pub itself is beautiful inside with loads of character and a proper traditional feel to it. The other patrons were really friendly too, which just added to the atmosphere. I tried Tiger beer for the first time and it was absolutely delicious — went down very well after a long day out. I attended a very special birthday party in the lovely function room/restaurant. What a lovely room! The staff were helpful & kind. The food was beautifully prepared - what you might expect for "party food", excellent variety, done with such care & generosity, presented beautifully. I've never been to the Queen Victoria before & am, in fact, not a pub goer at all but I will definitely visit here again. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

Had a fabulous Sunday roast at the carvery yesterday. Food and service was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble and the garden was very pleasant to sit out in afterwards. Tigers bitter was perfect for my husband too. Would certainly recommend .
