I’m writing to share my frustration regarding my order today. Unfortunately, the food received versus what I paid for was so offensive! My pitta was mostly empty and the side portions were minimal, which was quite upsetting given the £14.75 price tag. Additionally, the 30-minute delay beyond my collection time made for a very negative experience.This was incredibly poor service, and I feel I did not receive what I paid for. Very unhappy customer, I am sure will go to a different restaurant as we love the food but we never had this kind of experience before. I am glad we ordered extra wings...

Absolutely filthy restaurant. Went in just after midday, so the restaurant hadn't been open for long. Food was fine, although cold (hence the three stars). But what killed it was just how dirty the place was. Huge build ups of grime, cobwebs, food debris - even things like sauce bottles were dirty with crusty, baked on sauce (bear in mind the store hadn't been open long. Shame as the staff were brilliant.

Always a pleasure coming back to Nandos! Love the vibe as soon as I walk in - it's nostalgic. Had a fantastic experience, arrived at 3:30pm and the place was practically empty! Service was, as usual, top notch - friendly staff, prompt service, the works. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Had my usual Peri-Peri chicken thighs, couldn't fault it. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Thanks for the great meal, Nandos! Will defo be back for more of that Peri Peri good stuff.

Visited earlier today and couldn’t really fault out visit. Atmosphere was amazing. Once we walked in we were seated. Once I ordered food came out in less than 10 minutes. The portion sizes were smaller than previous visits. Food was super fresh and flavourful. I’d definitely visit again.
