Visited Creams Cafe Telford for dessert after kids playing at the park. Got a nice deal with 2 milkshake and 1 waffle, lots of options for ice cream. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The waffles and milk shake were fresh and tasty, especially the Ferrero Rocher milkshake . The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourittle treat and kids were happy. A good spot for a sweet treat with friends or family.

Went to Creams last night and to describe it as disorganised would be an understatement and being kind. To be fair to them it was busy, who would have thought, on a Saturday night?! We got there about 10pm and there were no tables free downstairs and no clean tables upstairs. It seemed to be a shock to the staff that customers might want to sit down at a clean table and then much confusion took place about how many staff would need to go and clean a table. Disgusing! Wouldn't even rate it 1 star, waffles were delivered raw and stone cold. The milkshakes are awful and just taste like milk, waste of money and no refund offered. Will be returning to LDS.

Went here with a group of friends after an event. Each order took 5-10 minutes to prepare which is not ideal when you are a group of 5 looking for a quick takeout. I can't speak for the quality of my friends' food but I ordered a slushy. I wanted a mixed red and blue but the red was not able to be served. I therefore got a regular blue slushy for £4.25. It tasted like any other slushy would. However, the machine had made it so cold that it remained frozen for about 3 hours. I could barely drink it during this time.
