The staff get 5 stars across the board.Always polite and charming.The coffee is always served with style and the result is always spot on. The icing on the cake today was when I returned there after feeling certain I had left my phone in the shop.My phone was revealed from the safe store behind the counter.Many thanks to you all.What a relief!

Go to this branch with friend twice a week Trainee barista called Lotty helpful and actually makes our latte extra hot when asked unlike some other members of staff . Great improvement .in cleanliness especially toilets . Badly needs new chairs ,Overall nice relaxing friendly atmosphere .

I asked if they did the soup.. fortunately they had it but it was well hidden in the shelves. The service was so slow waited at least 10 mins to queue. Two trainee baristas under pressure. The soup was heated up enough and i had to go back again to have it reheated. £9.45 for a pot of tea, bowl of soup and a yoghurt. Rip off. Won't be back. All in all a bad experience.
