We visited Subzero last Wednesday with our daughter in hopes for her to enjoy an ice cream during the hot weather although having various allergies (dairy, egg and fish) I asked a member of staff what ice creams were on offer that were allergen free and she looked shocked and unsure of how to respond. Another member of staff shook her head no and then explained how they serve sorbet. My daughter then chose a raspberry sorbet which the staff member used an ice cream scoop from within a tub that was filled with water and multiple scoops inside used to quickly dip previous ice cream off. First time for me to go here. It was a good experience with lots of different ice creams to choose from. It was busy but had lots of seating both inside and out. Ended up taking a few tubs home. I've never seen so many different ice creams to choose from. The shop itself is very modern and a great design and the staff were warm and friendly.
