The food is soo gooood and the portions are humongous!! Far exceeded my expectations. The value of the meal was amazing for London! We came as 7 people, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish was huge (can feed 3-4 people) and we each spent around £15 per person on 6 huge meat filled dishes! Will definitely recommend for the generous portion meat sizes.

Enjoyed the flavours done so well. The dishes were not too hot and therefore the spices of the food can be appreciated. Mango lassi (recommend the jug) is a must as it is more mango than yoghurt.

Namak Mandi in Tooting is a decent spot overall, but with some noticeable inconsistencies. The mixed grill is one of the highlights, well-cooked and flavourful and the chapli kebabs are definitely worth trying. The Kabli pilao also stands out as a solid dish. However, not everything lives up to expectations. The lamb karahi was quite disappointing and lacked the depth of flavour you’d hope for, while the chicken karahi was just average. Parking can be a bit of a hassle during the day, so it’s something to plan for. That said, it does get easier in the evening, with free parking available on

The lamb ribs pulao was especially amazing—definitely a must-try. Manager Noor and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
