Came here today for some food with my partner, the first thing I noticed when I entered the building was the level of noise and the depressed half dead looks of the staff behind the counter. Once I had ordered my food it took about 10 mins to come out which is something that I will not be complaining about however all of our chips were under cooked alongside our gravy being under filled, my Pepsi cherry being flatter then my dead nans chest, my bbq chicken burger being lukewarm and the chicken being rock solid. After our meals we went to the toilets which were appalling and rancid. Will not be

There is hope!! Contrary to my experience in fast food restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service in KFC Torquay, one worker who introduced himself as ‘rahib?’ was a beam of radiance in my otherwise monotonous and enervating day or work, providing spectacular value in both his manner and his operation. A lovely young man!

I visited KFC Torquay yesterday evening, Sunday 8th March and had to leave a review about the customer service I received which was amazing! The food was what you’d expect from KFC and it was served with efficiency & politeness by Oliver and Savannah. They were both friendly and so helpful. 5 stars to the both of you! The chicken is very tender and juicy especially when dipped in the smokey bbq sauce. The KFC chips are my all time favorite too and this time it's freshly cooked too. I don't usually finish the food i order but this time finish everything.
