Lovely centre and staff, just unfortunately the parking system was not updated in the best way. The signage for "Members Parking" was still showing, I took our two young daughters for their once a week swimming lessons. As a member parking was free if parked in the members area. I was surprised to receive 3 X £70 parking fines in one letter, some 3 weeks later. I wrote to Smart Parking giving them my Membership number, they denied the Appeal. I wrote again to POPLA with more supporting evidence of Signs Clearly showing "Members Parking Area". (see photo's) They refused to look at the appeal

Total bandits run the parking. Parked up in December and an elderly relative offered to pay for me and punched two additional digits infront of my registration on the ticket machine. SMART PARKING LTD sent a threatening final notice in January demanding payment of £155 as the first communication. Upon appealing I found out the reason why being the extra two digits - no initial notice or any understanding of error. I will not return and will be advising others don't either.

Great place for kids but could really do with sorting the swimming changing rooms. No family changing, crowded and rubbish curtains with not enough space which makes changing small children and baby really difficult

I recently hosted my staff Christmas party at the annual joint celebration they do at the Rivera centre, and it was absolutely brilliant. The food was nice, the bar staff were friendly, and the DJ kept the atmosphere lively all night. We all had a fantastic time.
