A very well run McDonalds! Who would have thought it. Food delicious - piping hot, fresh and put together with care. Rather than the usual thrown together in this chain. Tried to say thanks to the duty managers, but they were rushing around and I didn’t manage it. So posting on here. A special mention to team member Harvey who spotted I needed help and offered to carry some of my food. A kind genuine young man, who gives great customer service naturally. Well done to this McDonalds branch

If I could give no stars, I would. The place was filthy, we waited 30 mins for 3 meals to then have things missing and get attitude from the female member of staff who appeared to be in charge. Drinks had no ice in and were warm. Aside from that, the FRIENDS meal is a pure rip off. I ordered this in Turkey in December 25 and it came in a FRIENDS box with a Monica sauce and my children who are big fans were so excited to get them. All the food thrown in 1 takeaway bag when we were eating in and the toys not added. Considering I just paid nearly £10 per meal just to get the toys, the least the

We order through just eat and I must say there is someone who works here who has so much attention to detail, the burger is perfect and not overspilling with lettuce as usual, the fries are packed in the upright way so they dont spill in the bag and its always fresh and tasty when we order around 8pm. Probably a manager but give praise to the people who deserve it. Well done.

If i could give it less than 1 star i would the service is slow, many menu items missing, ignored by 2 females at the till after some of the order was missing - how you can mess up a happy meal and a burger is a talent in itself , it's literally kids running the place and wandering around like zombies! Get some staff in thats had some training and it might improve, wont return here.
