I brought my daughter here for lunch as I had work to complete on site.. she had the chicken burger meal (photo) and was very impressed Great hospitality from Mark, Jake and the team here today This is a stunning Pub / Diner overlooking the canal where barges Moore up and shop locally. Photos show this place is impeccably clean throughout and my work took me to all areas ... the kitchen is exceptional.. chef has very high standards. This hidden Gem it's not far from my daughter in Manchester and she will definitely be returning soon. I would highly recommend a visit if traveling to Manch

We had a lovely meal on a Thursday evening. The pub was apparently busier than usual due to a local event. It was a great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was very good. I had lasagne, others raved about the chicken schnitzel with hunters sauce and the southern fried chicken. On a previous visit we’d had the pork belly, which was immense but sold out tonight. I subscribed to the mail list and got a free Hugo spritz, which is a new favourite- very refreshing. I’d definitely return & recommend to others.
