Visited on the 4th April 2026 for my nephews 11th birthday family meal. The restaurant was able to provide us with two tables hosting 19 people! The waitress was absolutely amazing and catered to all our needs. Food and drinks were excellent!

Bill’s at The Trafford Centre is located on the upper level of The Trafford Centre, as you enter the "New Orleans" area of The Orient, opposite Wetherspoons. I’ve visited this particular location a couple of times now, and I’ve noticed the service to be really inconsistent. Back in early 2024, my server was fantastic and went above and beyond, including making sure I could still access the Brunch menu even though I visited slightly after 5 pm. Great experience this morning. Fast service and lovely food. I’d booked to come for my dad’s 70th birthday. Usually places give you a little dessert or a drink but they don’t here. It’s fair enough though as we did use the kids eat free offer. My daughter loved the crayons and colouring sheet!

I had a bit of a mixed experience here. The drinks were spot on and the service was absolutely awesome—quick and attentive. However, I wasn’t too keen on the steak eggs and chips; the taste just didn’t hit the mark for me, though the pancakes were nice. Cleanliness and atmosphere were good, but overall, I expected more from the food quality. I might come back for drinks, but I’d probably skip the steak next time.
