food never cooked properly, especially the chips. same story every-time i go, will try the other maccies out. had to put the maccie fries on the air fryer at home.

Honestly food recently is always cold! And order is never right. Waiting times are absolutely ridiculous and for the prices to keep getting higher but the quality of service and food seems to go lower. Staff here are shocking. Bad attitudes and lack basic customer service skills. Given the reviews I’ve read the whole place just needs closing and reopening with a new team and some better management.

Chicken burger arrived looking like it was thrown together, needed rebuilding before it could be eaten. Crispy tikka wrap bore no resemblance to the last time I had one at another McDonald's restaurant - no tikka sauce, just a bit of mango dip chucked in, and one piece of chicken was so tough I thought I had taken a bite out of the cardboard packaging sleeve. Otherwise it was great....
