Had my blonde roast flat white this morning at 630 am as per usual and I was impressed with the coffee shops appearance from outside, it looks lovely and clean. Inside spotless tunes at a low level. The baristas were great and chatty. I had a great coffee and a beautiful cinnamon roll. Mmmm. Can't fault this coffee house.

Starbucks at Trafford Retail Park is in a convenient location as it’s just off the M60 motorway, on Neary Way, which could make it a useful stop off on a longer journey. I do like the look and feeling of the store; the floor-to-ceiling windows are pretty, especially during the summer months. I was a regular at this Starbucks at one point, but I have noticed issues in the past year or so, where the standards have gone downhill, such as issues with the behaviour of animals in the store, cleanliness of tables, and the seating area being closed down hours before their official closing time. The service industry is hard graft I understand this first hand. However with that being said a smile and polite service goes a long way especially to customers who are nice and come with a joyful manner. I don’t know her name but the brown girl who served me did not want to be there, she was snarky and lowkey rude. I suggest that if you don’t want to be on the tills get one of your colleagues to serve people as there was about 4 of you guys - if you can’t be bothered doing the bare minimum.

Clean, comfortable, modern, very user friendly, eat in, take away, drive through- peaceful relaxing atmosphere , helpful attentive friendly staff,foods beautifully displayed making choices easier - great food, great coffee. Highly recommend it.
