Used for a family gathering where a lot of us needed to book the same hotel. Rooms were good, we found some issues about how hot or cold the rooms were. Some were like ovens on the ground floor and the top floor was cold. The staff were incredible all visit. Not a single thing was too much for them. The location was ideal for what we needed. Food was great and very reasonably priced

Loved our stay here on 26th June to 28th june for my 70th birthday. Staff are lovely, rooms spotless and roomy ( we were in 23) and breakfast choice is amazing and tasty Would definitely stay here again if in this neck of the woods

The Holmfield Arms. My experience was exceptional from start to finish, and I wanted to highlight the outstanding service I received. Welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire evening. Despite the venue becoming busy, she remained completely on the ball; the drinks were perfect, and the service was remarkably quick. The staff handled every request with a calm, friendly energy that made it clear the staff genuinely enjoys their work. It is rare to come across a staff member who so significantly elevates the atmosphere of a venue.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and great breakfast. Bathroom floor is spongy in places as we were allocated a disabled room. Could be awkward for anyone not too steady in their feet.
