Really enjoyed RHS Bridgewater. We were admitted under the £1 ticket scheme as a benifit claiment, having met the desired cruteria as detailed on the web site. My father akso rented a dissability scooter which was very easy to operate. The paths were very accessible. A huge site over 150 acres. Pleanty to enjoy. Staff were very helpful. Gets very busy from June as expected. Cafe's on site and a garden center and shop too a little pricy but typical of such palces. Overal the foliwers were beautiful and in such a lovley setting. This is such a lovely place to visit! Very child, elderly, disabled and even dog (on a specific day) friendly. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, changing through the seasons. Sometimes they host special events like light shows at night (recently Glow - pictured). The cafe food is really nice, especially the cakes, just wow. The staff are so sweet and helpful especially if you have food intolerances. The gift shop is lovely too, great variety of gardening things, kids things and gift-able foods. Good garden centre area. Really lovely place This is beautiful gardens. Go early to avoid the crowds. My friend has problem walking and they have electric mobility scooters you book in advance (book early though) If it is your first time, I recommend you join a free tour, the guides are very knowledgeable The grounds are wheelchair friendly. Cafe is good, although seats are limited.
