Such an amazing little coffee shop! I own a salon called Blo by Blo, which is on the same high street so I’m often in here and they literally do the best coffees! My highlight is always seeing the manager, Karolina’s, happy little face serving the coffee and always going the extra mile for the customers. During Christmas Karolina definitely brought the festive cheer with her positive attitude and fun outfits. Thank you coffee lab! Such a cute little spot to get away to, to do some admin in, or to enjoy the sunshine & watch the world go by outside on their lovely outside seating area!

Ware coffee lab is my go to coffee shop in ware purely because of the incredible tasting coffee, lovely bubbly staff and calm and chilled aesthetic. I always end up having to have a second cup because it is so good and you can tell the coffee beans aren’t bitter/burnt like other coffee shops. I am always greeted by friendly staff smiling and saying hello! Karolina the new manager is wonderful and always happy to pause and have a chat with me promoting a friendly atmosphere! The only thing I could ask for is potential more savoury vegetarian food options - a veggie sausage roll would be great!
